THE BUYER BEWARE BIOBASE-BIOLIN IS A SCAM
SINCERE ADVICE -HAVE GOOD LIFE AND PROPERTY INSURANCE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH.
the product totally crap . be prepared with money and time , you will loose both.
craftsmanship would be lowest grade you could see the rust under the paint , hinge joints braking under the paint.
the equipment will spontaneously fire - risk you your life and property on pretext of troubleshooting , until you give up as you would have spend more on top of the cost thinking to get it fixes.
you will be better off buying a lottery than to expect a working product from biobase biolin.i bought 2 autoclaves both dead on arrival and has to spend on trouble shooting and then disposal of the same.
customer service rep Rain, Elle , ...will take you on a ride.you will spend double the cost on trouble shooting until you give up .
i just got short of getting myself killed and office burnt by their troubleshooting.
piece of advice have good life and property insurance .
